My work examines humanity’s toil. Made from recycled bits of old books, drawings, jewelry, fabric and natural materials, I endeavor to portray the complexity of life at its most profound and mundane.

Constructed through the practice of bricolage, each piece combines materials that were once precious to someone, then lost or discarded, exploring themes such as memory, consumerism, and the hidden beauty of everyday life.

Each piece is a lush landscape, where I attempt to visualize some of the most ineffable sensations that we experience throughout our brief journeys on this earth, thus transforming the temporal into the sublime.
